MTN - Severe lack of business ethics, solution / problem solving and more...

As per whats listed below but add to that the following now.

a) Narisha from DBN call center notified me last night at around 6.30pm that the issue had been resolved by the provisioning team, and that I would be loaded with the balance (outstanding) data as per the contract. Total of 20gigs. b) this would be done by the morning of 22/11/17. c) She would send me an email to confirm the telephone call that all was in hand and had been resolved. d) as of this morning on the 22/11/17 I have not been loaded with my data, nor have I received and email. e) I have emailed N this morning to query what is going on as there are no notes on the system nor is she in to help with the matter. f) I would like to ask MTN ... sure they say that the will load my data for this month (will believe it when I see it) but what about the previous month and the pro rata data for the month before when the contract was taken out? Yes MTN have offered a credit note - in writing - but what I require more so is my bleeding data!!!!!! And I am still waiting for an email address to send my Invoice to for my time wasted in trying to resolve their - MTN - problem.

1. Still waiting for my double your data deal to be loaded correctly. 2. Call center employees including Managers not calling back. 3. I have spent over 620 minutes on calls to MTN 808 to resolve the problem - still not done. I am going to raise an invoice to MTN to cover my loss of income due to MTN lack of supplying correct bundle and personal loss of income due to sitting on the phone with MTN and thus not being able to carry out my work. 4. MTN needs to read up on what the word "resolved" means. "settle or find a solution to (a problem or contentious matter)." MTN has the definition as "someone looks into the situation, does nothing about it then and passes it onto someone else to handle." This is called passing the buck, not resolving the problem. 5. I again offer my services at a fee of R45 000.00 per month to go into your centers and train your staff on how to offer great customer service. 6. The fact that only 1 person in the whole of MTN staff can fix my issue is truly amazing to hear about. This is something I battle to get my head around. 7. The amount of inability in staff is unreal. I dont know how the hell you are still in business. 8. Your customers pay your wages through contracts, airtime and so on. Without customers you will have no jobs, suggestion - look after your wages!! SIMPLE 9. My challenge to MTN - fix the situation before another month passes. 10. Please supply me with email address to forward my invoice to for payment as listed in 3 above.

Again thank you for the credit, but why does it take so long just to get the issue resolved? That number is in a router, we do not make calls from that sim. All i want is MTN to sort out their mistake and give me what I am paying for - the missing DATA!!! FOr crying out loud is it that difficult? I am almost at 11 hours of call center calls now, and yes dialing 808 is a free call...but guess what, My time is not free. I am and work for a living and I do not work for MTN. Its very difficult to run my businesses while on hold and trying to resolve the problem that MTN has created and not managed to resolve as yet. MY TIME is what I will raise and invoice for.
