MTN SETTLMENT LETTER

I had an account with MTN, then it was handed over to the lawyers of which l have settled last year September 2025. Nothing was updated on the system that l don't owe anymore after 6 months to show that my name is cleared. l have called in 2 weeks back to request for a paid up letter but l have been sent from Pillar to Post and no one is willing to assisting me. And now l am losing a opportunity since no one can send a letter to show that l have settled this account. When l call MTN l am referred to SSD SHAPIRO SHARK DEFRIES & ASSOCIATES Attorneys they still want to confirm with MTN. I am disappointed and frustrated as l cant be issued this letter.
