MTN SERVICES UNAVAILABLE ON MOBILE PHONE

Been with MTN my whole life. Ready to move to another network cause they can't support a customer's enquiry. I called the 135 & 083135 to speak to an agent about my problem. After 2 hours of calling and trying to speak to an agent, I got no luck.

I changed phones where I was given the option to speak to an agent. The agent just dropped the phone on me.

I can't receive and send SMS cause MTN disabled that feature for my simcard. It's them (MTN) that can send SMSes to my phone. Soon they gonna block my phone number from working.

MTN is just not a service provider.
