MTN SERVICES SUCKS BIG TIME

i have been sending email messages and still nothing on the week of the 26 november 2021, they had a specail for 199 for a simcard with 240 gb data on it got it like the next week but ever since there it has no internet connection, was told to call a number but the number rings for hours,

i was given form to fill in and send back have done that,

but yet the simcard still not working and still expect me to make a payment for something i havent used becoz the dam thing isnt working.
