MTN services sucks

Hi. MTN they don't deserve one star. They stopped the debit order and I started paying manually I'm contacted by a debtor's clerk and I'll ve looked at my statement which is true they didn't deduct for the past month and I paid manually eft and I asked for the debit to be send to the bank they never did. I was handed over I contacted them not once several times and I finally paid as they handed me to their legal department as if I'm refusing to pay while it's an ongoing agreement of 24 months and I'm still paying.

It happened in February and I paid full and even now still continue to pay my monthly billing via get as this people refuce to do debit order. So I was handed to ITC In February I didn't know and last week when I want to acquire an assets in was told mtn handed me . How when and why. When I contact them they refuce to five me a letter saying the matter was in Feb and I paid in full even now I still do eft monthly.

The lady said they send itc to update the records. Really? They were too quick to list but now too slow to remove are not itc updated monthly why was this not updated in April then.

I'll pay off my contract and move from them

Stay away from them. Their service horrible
