Mtn services is very bad and not helpful......

Have been trying to get hold of mtn customer services and its useless...the don't respond to my emails and there customer service numbers don't even work...two weeks ago I made a data application online and haven't reserved my sim card....now the are going to bill me for something I don't have....bad service from mtn...
