MTN SERVICES FALSELY SOLD

MTN has really dissapointed and frustrated me at the same time. I was telephonically falsely sold a wifi router which did not meet my requirements, I raised the case and after investigation it was found that my story is true and that I should turn in the router at any store. I went to 3 different stores, 2 I went twice at two of these stores, I still couldn't get help. Now I am receiving calls that I am in arrears of the router I am not even using and cannot afford because it's not fulfilling the purpose.Someone is buzy trying to book in my router from the other side, Thabang I don't know from which branch, but that person or the company is failing me and a whole lot of other people
