MTN Services are the worst services known to man.

I am so frustrated! I cannot even explain the disappointment in being an MTN Customer for so many years!

I put in a claim form for my device and paid the fee. all was well. then it took MTN TWO WEEKS to collect up my device.

They collected my device 18/06/2020 it is now 08/07/2020. THREE WEEKS LATER and I still do not have my device, iI do not even know the status of my repairs.

I have sent multiple emails and I have never gotten a clear response.

I was informed that repairs can take up to seven working days. well, clearly this is a lie.

I am tired of being frustrated with this poor service.

I wish I could say this was the first time I received a poor service from MTN. Unfortunately, MTN has disappointed me many times.

I WANT MY DEVICE BACK!

How many times must people complain about MTN's poor services??? I am convinced that poor customer service is your niche.
