MTN SERVICES

To sign a contract at MTN is easy, but aftersale services is bad. The call center number for cancellation is not answered or it you had to wait forever . By that time you are stuck with the expired contract that you had to contact the call center to cancel it but when you sign the contract you go to any MTN store you get the contract. I am stuck for months now at the stores they refer me to call center, at the call center they dont answer the phone. Therefore as a customer you are stuck in the middle
