Mtn services

I'm not happy with mtn because last year on the 25th December I won a smart device through their cake crush competition till today I haven't received it and I have been calling their customer care center I don't know how many times.. I feel like I've been taken for a ride and I'm a loyal contract subscriber and I make sure their debit goes off in time every month. I am even considering moving to a different network provider who are efficient and deliver on time.
