Mtn services

I'm not surprised as to why the ratings are so low, the service is very poor not sure if they noticed that their staff is not doing their jobs and they are very rude and unprofessional. Whether you visit a store or you call the customer service it's just a waste of time only thing that matters is when one pops out money. I had 2 contracts with mtn and I regret every minute of it . It took a full one year for them to cancel a contract that was due for cancelation and now the second one is due in November I'm still paying them for nothing because they are busy suspending my line because they don't want to cancel the contract when it's time to do so, mind you this network is the most expensive one above all others and I would never recommend it to anyone because you are literally going to suffer.
