Mtn services

I’m very disappointed,it’s been 2months fighting over the additional charge to my contract. A sales agent ****,merged my plan and told me I will no pay more and besides the plan I’m on Mtn no longer has. Two weeks after my invoice comes with 800 extra and when I call I find I was merged and I need to pay pro-rata,I cancelled n was still charged for pro rata for services I have never used. I stopped paying because no one was willing to help. Never will I take a contract with Mtn ever again not even the agents could help,I’m soo upset with Mtn and totally disgusted by that boy that made a sale by lying to me.
