MTN service VERY POOR

I sent my phone for repair through a mtn outlet on a Friday afternoon, and was told that it will be collected on the following Monday. Monday morning it was collected and I received a notification sms. The mtn outlet also said I would receive a report no more than 3 days after the phone was collected. After numerous calls MTN phone repair centre does not answer their phones. I called the mtn call centre numerous times starting a week after the phone was handed in and I was CONSTANTLY being DISCONNECTED while on hold. When I insisted to speak to a supervisor I was promised they will ensure the repair centre calls me. This did at long last happen exactly 3 WEEKS to the day and I was quoted R330 for the repair by Lerato. I spoke to Danny at MTN customer retention as well and yet again I had to run through my whole sad story and all he was interested in is whether I have paid the R330 yet. I have been a paying customer with mtn for 18 years and also use other cellular service providers. MTN is clearly no longer \The better connention"at all. I spend an average of R1200 per month with mtn and then payment of R330 is their main concern. WELL DONE MTN !!!!"""
