MTN service unbelievable

you guys sent me a link, I have emailed 3 of your people. until today, I didn't get any feedback from anyone regarding my ***** claim. do you want me to pay for something which I didn't use or u want me to be blacklisted because I refused to pay this crazy amount?the last time I went to your head office with all the papers, a guy from a ***** department confirmed that there is ***** and therefore I will get a credit but ***** until today...this is really madness with MTN. can someone help me clear this so I can pay MTN what I owe them and move on with my contract? and I swear after this contract ends, i will want ***** from MTN NEVER AGAIN!!!! in case you want to reply just to ask for my contract number: ********** 808
