MTN service sucks real bad

I renewed a contract telephonically, Themba Ncube assisted me. After renewing my contract and applying for an IPhone 7, he said it would be delivered to me within 7 days. I app**** for the upgrade in August 2017. It’s been 5 months and I don’t have the IPhone 7, my account has been debited from the end of August and debits are still going off. I’ve phoned their retentions department about 8 times and they keep saying that they’re working on the matter. I’ve emailed Themba Ncube countless times and no response. This is extremely poor service, it’s been 5 months!
