Mtn service sucks big time

<p>I haven't been able to make calls or receive any calls for almost 2 weeks now. I can't check my balance using *141#. I cant call the customer care line for contract customers. I can't listen to my voicemails. At first I thought it was just network problem. Last nite I downloaded the mtn app onmy phone & logged a query. Got an email to respond with my personal details but no one came back to me even now. I just want to cancel my contract with mtn now & just move to a reliable network that respect their customers. Im sick & tired of mtn. </p>
