MTN SERVICE SUCKS BIG TIME

I app**** online to have a new phone loaded onto my MTN contract and got a confirmation email .A consultant phoned me and told me that i have to go into a store as they were offline .I asked why they advertised free delivery and have an online platform.I was eve told that i could go to another provider if i wanted to . I app**** online to avoid going to a mall during the pandemic

All this after being with MTN for 18 years
