MTN service sucks

I got the fibre installed on Wednesday, 2 April 2025. Metro Fibre was responsible for the installation. Since today I'm still waiting for the fibre line to be activated. When you call MTN they act like they can't hear you. According to MTN - Supersonic suppose to activate the fibre line. I'm really struggling to get my fibre line activated. And every time I call they everyone keep saying wait for 48 hours. Which is unacceptable. And the service sucks especially from MTN side.
