MTN Service Sucks

I do not wrong what is happening with MTN. I have 3 lines on the account and I called on 10 December to cancel one line on the account as the contract had ended. For whatever reason the line was not cancelled and I went to bury my father out of the country. When I came back in January I realised the line was not cancelled. I spoke to a gentlemen who promised that they will get the manager to call me. They were just lying and nothing happened. I had to call again and spoke to someone who indicated that they will help assist and get me a refund and get the line cancelled. Up to today the line is not cancelled. I am getting charged every month for this nonsense. I really need the line cancelled now otherwise I take extra steps and cancel all the lines that I have with you and report this nonsense.
