MTN service sucks

Upgraded a contract and not getting the minutes from MTN Clearwater Mall. 22 calls to the store and a visit and still no assistance. Calling the call centre several times on 135 and still no help. Team Leaders refuse to take calls or call back. Nombundo keeps me on hold for 22min and then Nhlanhla Zulu refuse to speak to me. Soooo furstrated. Never got any help with the gift voucher as well. Had to call and received a sms on 14 Dec to say we will get a reward sms but now 28 Dec and nothing. MTN dont care about their clients. But dare not to pay then they will cut your line.
