Mtn service sucks

Bad experience. I pay my account each and every month,emailed them proof but they still block my phone every month. Never have i missed a payment but all the sudden after May they do not trace my payments. PATHETIC. I have to call in everyday amd speak with a different consultant every time but nothing get solved
