MTN service sucks

I bought a data bundle on the 11th april which is valid till 12th April. I then got a SMS on the 12th April morning saying my account is suspended and all calls and data are blocked. Even my data bundle that I bought. So I tried calling numerous times which dont get answered if I get through, and emails and Facebook posts go unanswered as well. I'm an essential worker who needs my phone, let alone that we are doing homeschooling during lockdown. MTN is the absolute worst. If I could give them a -5 I would. Dispicable service
