MTN SERVICE SUCKS
i have been having issues with my mtn number since i changed my contract to them. most of the calls i received gives a message the umber doesnt exist. so for more than a year iv been having this problem and mtn tells me its because its a data sim. yet my friend has the same contract including his mother and they can phone out and receive calls from anyone any time also i have airtime on and then i still cant call out saying i dont have. yes so im on the point of cancelling the debit order and they can sue me until the issue is resolved.

25 May 2018, 06:59If i havent gone through all of this i wouldnt be on hellopeter. So apologies wont cut it. I want if fixed i wont spend one more minute phoning mtn and holding on to have nothing reaolved as this past tear already. I just wont pay until its fixed. Mtn can sue me.
