MTN SERVICE SUCKS!!!

MTN SERVICE SUCKS!!! For some reason my Mom's debit order last month did not go through, you then suspended her account. She phoned in and instructed you to retake the debit order, which was done and her service was activated again. A few days later she is disconnected again and after many frustrating calls to the very unhelpful call centre who keep promising to put her back on, she is still not back on and no-one can assist her and they refuse to transfer her to a supervisor. She is a pensioner and this is pathetic service. You claim to care about your clients, well, the proof is in the pudding, you don't give a damn, so long as you are getting her money!!! Disgusting service!!!! She has been with you for 20 years!!! Disgusting. Call me on *** and I will give you her number. My whole family is MTN and I am appalled and angry.
