Mtn service sucks

<p>Mtn please tell me how a sim swop done in store takes 5 days and counting ??? </p> <p>We were informed it takes 2 to 24hours, call your contact centre after 48hrs because still no service once again we are told 2 to 24hrs well well well still NO SERVICE, call once again and are told Oh the request was not logged please wait 2 to 24hrs </p> <p> </p> <p>Should I change service providers because clearly we mean. Nothing to your business. </p>
