MTN Service stores is a joke

MTN service stores are a joke. At Giyani MTN store they couldn't help me reactivate my services and advised me to contact 135. The call centre wants me to go the store for assistance, now i do not even have services. That chicky girl by the name of Dolly is the pits, I mean why should i ask next door for wifi while you have it in the store? Apparently the wifi is for workers only. MTN activate my phone, I am missing important things.
