MTN Service stinks and is damn unprofessional. Refusing furnishing 1 month’s itemized billing statement from 2 July 2019

What do you do if you plead with your cellphone contract company from 2 July to 8 July to be furnished with an itemized billing without success?

I am tired of calling time and again and it is now clear MTN is simply not prepared to give me service. This is irrespective of how I try to explain that I need this for work purposes.

On Friday 5 July 2019 I received a SMS saying Ref case no *** had been resolved. I Called more than I can remember only to be told to wait for 2 hours for the email that was claimed to have been sent at 09h00

The whole weekend was the same story such that on Saturday, 6 July 19 I received the same ‘RESOLVED’ message this time attached to Ref no *** but to this moment no email with the statement.

At 12h00 on 8 July I tried my last effort and called again. Lindelani that tried to help me says the system reflects ‘TRANSFERRED’ for both reference numbers.

Am so desperate for a simple June 2019 itemized billing statement. Does this really warrant so much waste of time and energy. I’m explaining myself to my supervisor like a fool that I’m with MTN for my phone contract and can therefore can’t furnish a stupid month’s statement.

Does such a simple service cost legal intervention or do I have to migrate to a professional cellphone network?

MTN, please advise if you have issues sothat I take further action.
