MTN Service?! Say What!!!!

The simple task of transferring my daughter's cell phone from my account to hers has been a nightmare! Firstly, the date that the data and minutes were received was changed, then she didn't receive any data at all only to be told that it would start the following month. So, not only have I paid for the month and received nothing but she is now buying data which is costing her more. She logged a query that was closed with no resolution. She logged a second query/complaint with no success. I have been with MTN for around 30 years and get **** service like this!!! Really disappointed!!
