Mtn **** service providers

******** of note. My 1 contract with mtn expired on the 11 September 2022, I have called the call center 3 times, sent 4 emails, launched on their Facebook account a request to close the contract. To get no clear response and debited a rediculous amount from my account for a month to month contract that is more than what I was Paying inclusive of the device that I clearly stated on email that I do not want. At this point I want all contracts that I have with them closed. Mayivalwe imtn coz even the branches are now not allowed to assist in canceling contracts
