MTN service providers

I have 14 years using MTN, yesterday my phone was off a ****mer make a sim swap on my behalf created a WhatsApp with my number, the ****mer started texting people from groups I was at to request money on my name, people who already sent this ****mer money were 12, the amount of the money was paid to the ****mer was R8500,00. I called MTN to do sim swap the consultant the consultant was rude and I was told there’s nothing they can help me with, worse part she said I can’t do sim swap, I must forget about that number, everything that i am doing I’m using that SIM card, now I can’t access my portal to write my exam today because password was sent on my Mtn number and this person is receiving my calls at the moment so his still busy asking people money on my behalf and I’m unemployment 😭
