MTN SERVICE PROVIDERS

MTN's service is the poorest i have ever received. I had a contract with them and i bought out the contract settled my bill but now i have been struggling for over a month and a half to get my settlement letter from them. I have called in more then 20 times and every agent that i speak to has a story like they dont work for one company. I have logged more then 7tickets so far with them with no help. Last week wednesday i was assured by a lady called Busisiwe that my matter will be resolved in 72hours and till now with no success. I wish i could rate you 0%.
