Mtn "service" provider. What a joke.

I've seen a few other reviews here by people with the exact same issue. One debit order bounces, they block your account and threaten you with legal action. I had to move back to my home town as I was retrenched because of this COVID19 affecting the company I worked for. I was literally jobless of one month, and as I said earlier the only communication I received from them was the aforementioned threat via sms. I've had issues in the past with CellC and so terminated my contract early and moved over to Mtn, I see now this was a mistake. I will be getting a prepaid Vodacom number now after I pay the penalty and end this contract with Mtn. Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced.
