MTN SERVICE PROVIDER

MTN Service Provder I app**** for payment relief as a result of not receiving a full salary during Covid pandemic and the delay with receiving TERS, with the express purpose of doing everything the right way so as not to tarnish my credit rating, and was informed MTN will not assist with payment relief, however the consultant then suggested that I change from a debit order to a payment method that allows me to pay manually. During that call I agreed. The very next day after deliberation, I called them back and requested that they continue with the debit order which I was told was done whilst on the phone. Unfortunately I did not check or realise that the debit oder had not in fact been reinstated. The very day I received the call, I paid the arrears immediately. This all transpired June July 2020. Recently I discovered that I have a bad credit rating due to this incident. I was then advised to request a letter from MTN because I was able to provide email trail of communication with mtn, whereby it states this was an error on the part of MTN. I am told to go to the Table Bay Mall branch and they would provide me with this letter. Upon my arrival 20 minutes later at the Table Bay Mall branch I am informed that they cannot provide me with this letter and that I need to go to Bayside branch. I go from Table Bay Mall, literally down the road, to Bayside branch only to be told they cannot provide such letter and that I have to contact the MTN head office. I then demand that they get Head Office on the line which they then do as by this stage my frustration resulted in me raising my voice. I then retell the entire story and was emphatically promised that I would receive this letter within 24 to 48 hours....that was Thursday. Today is Saturday and still no letter. Apart from the frustration of each and every conversation being emphatically bull****ted by each and every consultant, resulting in my being pushed from pillar to post with absolutely no results..... Is there any member of staff at MTN that can resolve this matter with competence and urgency,?
