Mtn service poor

I'm currently facing endless issues with this service provider. I'm a contract customer and my account is up to date, however I cannot receive calls and smses. I have been given ussd codes to dial to deactivate call barring as well as call forwarding still issue not resolved, went to an MTN store they tried to assist couldn't, a ticket was logged, still sitting in initiated. I use my number for work and getting communication and have had this number for years. Mtn service is no longer the same I'm really disappointed as a loyal customer. Can someone please resolve my issue. The only way I am reachable at the moment is via email.
