MTN Service pathetic as always and overcharging customers.

Firstly, Im on the line for an hour and I speak to two idiots who cannot assist me. For a year MTN take debit orders from my account but today my account suddenly does not exist on there network. My took out a WIFI package a year ago for R300, today I receive a bill for double the amount but MTN cannot find my account to tell me why they are billing me double but at the end of the month they will take the debt order again. I dont know who is more pathetic MTN or the south African government. I will reverse that debt order every month. You will not get a cent from me.
