Mtn service-pathetic
<p>Nathi Cele - Mtn number: ********** 938. I have a cracked screen on my Sumsung phone. Samsung asked me to obtain a proof of purchase from MTN in order to fix my screen. I'm now from MTN Woodmead and I was told that they cannot find my phone on the system and was given the MTN direct number to call. Ive been holding since 09:00, its 10:00 and I'm still not assisted. All I need is proof of purchase! </p> <p>How can you go to MTN store and be told to phone MTN direct who don't answer they phones????</p>
