MTN Service not ideal

I am not happy with MTN's service. I app**** for a contract with them, the simcard data deal plus router. I app**** for this because I néed to use it for work. The application was done on the 29th June and when I follow up on how far the delivery is, I was told that it's still at the warehouse. I asked if its possible to cancel the application and rather redo everything at an Mtn store I was told its not possible.

I am really unhappy.
