MTN Service Not Existent

I called 135 which I was directed to do by MTN to activate my My MTN e-mail Mailbox. According to their agents they want me to go to a store because they they don't have access. That is a load of ****, being in the industry Senior Agents are supposed to resolve these types of issues. Sorry MTN your System does not work. A simple thing like activating an e-mail mailbox is a mission, they can't do it. Worst service ever.
