MTN service non existing ?
I`ve been with Vodacom for the past 20 years, but lately thought I would try MTN.<br> Did an online application but after 2 days still no response from MTN, try to phone *** from a Telkom phone , no luck, only an engage tone. So I decided to phone MTN direct sales from my Vodacom cellphone, spoke to an agent and he promised to call me back , well its 45 minutes later and still no phone call. Went to the local ( Potchefstroom ) MTN shop , no luck only one agent in the shop .<br> So I decided to stay with Vodacom.<br> If it`s such a battle to only apply for a contract , I can only imagine their after sale and customer service once I have a contract.<br> Bye bye MTN
