MTN service non existent

The accounts department are useless. I paid my monthly fee but was still cut-off. Now 8 days later and having sent them the proof of payment 6 times, they still have not re-connected me. Impossible to speak to anyone in the call centre as well - MTN seemingly do not believe in verbal communication - only menus that just go round and round. Will they credit me with 8 days next month - never...
