MTN service non-existent
So my contract expired on the 8 May. On the 11 May, I requested for my contract to be moved to prepaid (***), which is still open, on the 20th May I emailed support this same request (MTNB***). On the 1 June I went into a branch for the same request (REQ number - ***).

How hard is it to get out of a bladdy contract with you people... So now I am expected to pay month to month, because your *********** people can't do my request.

This is the worst service I have ever experience... Actually there is no service...

Gareth
