MTN SERVICE NIGHTMARE

I was having a contract with MTN and i was paying installment of R 800, at some stage they informed me that they billed me wrongly and i have to make a payment of Arreas of R 4000.00 to bring my account up to date,I made arrangements to make payment of min 1000.00 to bring my account and cover for arreas, that was some time June 2022, despite the arrangement my account was suspended, but I was receiving a monthly bill for the account which i could not use, some time in September MTN informed me that my account is canceled and i have to pay full amount of R 5000.00 balance,i kept paying and by December 2022, I received a statement of balance R 2 000.00, in January 2023 i received another letter and statement from MTN indicating that my account is canceled again and i have to pay balance or R 9000.00, they also informed me that my account has been handed over to the legal department,i tried to contact MTN several times to get an explanation but i could not receive proper explanation.
