MTN service never fails to disapoint!
Went to MTN Cape Road Port Elizabeth offices on 15/10/2015 to look at upgrading my cell phone contract. Spoke to Jama and Jennifer, who promised to come back to me regarding a query that I had on the phone that I was interested in. Needless to say no promised call. Contacted Jama on 20/10/2015 to find out whether he had an answer to the R2000 airtime that I had on my existing contract, that he said I would lose if I transferred to a new contract. The answer was that I would lose this amount. I expressed my dissatisfaction about this and requested a manager contact me. Needless to say nobody did. I spoke to their direct line, sent an email to their customer care center, with nobody addressing the problem. I have now been back to their Cape Road offices and endeavored to speak to a manager by the name of Stephen Arthur, who informed me that he was busy going into a meeting and didn't really have the time to address my concern. The bottom line is MTN wants to \*****"my R2000 airtime"
Thank you for your post.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
We have tried to contact you, on voicemail.
We have picked up that the contract can upgrade now. We have investigated the account regarding the R2000.00 airtime left. We do not pick up on the systems that you have airtime left for R2000.00 on cell *** and we cannot pass the credit if this is not reflecting on the systems.
Kind Regards,
