Mtn service makes me so upset

I wish there was a review of less than 1, I'm so disappointed at Mtn their service could definitely be better than this.

I have been on the phone for more than 2hrs 30min today trying to cancel 2 contracts that I already to cancel another time but was not actioned.

The consultants that assisted me today as well were just not helpful. I would be put on hold for a continuous 45min.

I still haven't resolved the issue about my other line that I called in to cancel but was not. If anyone knows how to go about getting my money back please help.

Fingers crossed better service providers are in the making because mtn is just not measuring up.
