Mtn service losers

This message is to MTN as a whole. Your service champions are not champions they are losers with absolute no manners no integrity and totally incompetant to do their jobs. I bought data on 31/12/2022 money was taken out of my account it is now 02/01/2023 and i still didnt get my data. Every time i call i get an apology that the previous loser didnt know what they were doing so then i get told i will get a call from some superior within 30 min it is now almost 24 hours later still no call. Next i get sent to an mtn store because the service losers dont allocate data and airtime its not their job get to the store its not their job either. So whos f..ing job is it??? I hereby state that MTN will not recieve one more payment on any of my 3 yes 3 contracts i have until i have been compensated and this matter resolved.
