MTN service lacking :(

For the past two years, I've been backward and forwards trying to cancel a contract I had with MTN. I changed from contract to prepaid in December 2022. I was told I owed some money of about R1000 which I paid and was told that is the only outstanding amount. Fastforward to about a month ago when I'm trying to apply for a bond I get told there is a judgment against my name that I owe MTN. Customer service had been a waste of time because they are unable to assist me since they say my account has been handed over to legal. I went to MTN store Mall of the South and was assisted by a lady with thee worst attitude who also could not help me instead sent an email to legal to find out what is it that I owe and where must I pay this? That email was sent about 3 weeks ago and I'm yet to receive a response. I need to clear my name on this and pay and just end all ties with MTN. It's been such a painful journey. I'm willing to pay, I require a paid up letter so that I can get this judgement off my name.
