Mtn service issues

For the last two months I've been having payment issues with MTN with late debit being one and secondly the sms's I got to say debit being cancelled I'm switched to a cash option yet this morning I get a letter saying service might be cancelled etc in this current economic climate MTN still have time to ***** clients that's been with them forever , I need to get this fixed and I need it fixed urgently.
