MTN SERVICE IS THE WORST

<p>hi</p> <p> </p> <p>i have recently been n touch with mtn via email advising that im currently under debt review, but the debt review doesnt cover services. i then advise that i would like to setup an arrangment to pay off my over due amount of but was told onm friday that mtn doesnt setup arranments like wat the hell!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>here im trying to pay you because i wana get rid of debt but you refuse to meet me half way.</p> <p> </p> <p>thursday 15 June 2017-a consultant calls me asking me when im going to pay the outstanding balance. i advised that im under debt review but wuold like to setup an arrangment, she says that they dont do arrangments but i must just keep paying what i can.</p> <p> </p> <p>2 minutes later mu line gets suspended, i tried to call your customer service but i cant because my line is suspended. shouldnt you at;least leave a line open to get in touch withyour customer service??? what if i wanted to pay ???</p> <p> </p> <p>now i get a email sayingm i must pay 75% R2809.61 of what i owe, but i said again i dont have that money hence why im un der debt review however i want to setup an arrangments uuurrrgh and we just go in a circle again and again.</p> <p> </p> <p>i wish i had m,oney to just finish mtn and never ever use there service again not even on prepaid, its not just me but many family and friends are having issues with mtn and are slowly but surely leaving to vodacom and cell c.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
