MTN SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THEIR STAFF IS SO ***********, DONT TAKE CONTRACT WITH MTN

I've had a contract with MTN for as long as i can remember, they are very bad when it comes to customer service, but what they are doing to me this time is an example of bull#it service. I made a payment in December because we got paid earlier than the normal 25th, and i sent them proof of payment, my account was suspended i phoned them and sent my bank statements and again POP to show them that i made payment, in January they never debited until the 27th then again i made a payment same way as in December, they only tried to deduct on the 29th, mind you the agreement was that they deduct on the 25th of every month which is my pay day. again i sent POP as they had suspended my account again in Feb. they tried to debit amount of R2584.50, this month I've received a message that i have to pay R3457.05 but i am not owing them anything they have all the proof of payments with them with the ref BA*** as per invoice, oh and my phone has been off since Wednesday. I have tried to sort this out with a lot of people from this terrible company but their staff is so ***********, Siya Khawula, Xolela Dyonse,Ntsudzuluseni Mutheiwane,Dumela Mageza just to name a few they are all so *********** they'll send you from this department to another, they have my money right now but I don't have services. if ever you decide to get a contract phone, make sure its not with MTN
