MTN service is terrible

Terrible service, MTN suspends my phone from making outgoing calls and messaging because they have suddenly realized I missed June and July 2020 monthly premiums on the 06th of December 2020. I've never arranged payment holidays with MTN, I have paid my account hence they didn't suspend it then. After, I spoke to 3 of their Consultants of the situation and my phone is still suspended.
